Precision Infection Management through Multi-Omics

We enable precision infection management using detailed quantitative proteomics, metabolomics, and whole genome sequencing of microbial pathogens. Integrating this data with patient information allows unprecedented insights into infections and opens the doors for a precision infection management strategy that will save lives.

Genomics

Whole genome sequencing uncovers the genetic blueprint of microbes, allowing us to understand their capabilities, evolution, and the genetic determinants of their behavior and adaptation.

Metabolomics

Through semi-quantitative LC-MS-based metabolomics, we capture a comprehensive profile of 87 small molecules, offering insights into metabolic pathways.

Proteomics

TMT-LC-MSMS-based quantitative proteomics provides a snapshot of the protein landscape, allowing us to uncover how these proteins contribute to microbial processes.

Clinical Data

We integrate extensive clinical data and patient characteristics to contextualize the multi-omics findings, driving forward the translation of our research into clinical applications.
